Current building regulations state that any replacement from old to a new oil or gas-fired boiler
must be changed into a condensing boiler. Boilers that are over 10 years old, convert as little as
60% of the fuel they use into heat which could potentially have huge impact on housing heating
bills and the environment.
We specialise in the installation of modern condensing boilers with a huge variety of models from
Worcester Bosch, Baxi Vaillant and ATAG. Using the latest technology available, modern
condensing boilers improve efficiency to over 90% which could save you a minimum of 30% per
year on your home heating bills.

During and after installations we always keep and leave your home clean and safe. After the
installation has been completed we provide a demonstration on how to use and control your new
boiler.

We offer reminders of when your new boiler is due for the annual service by sending a letter. ERS
recommends that all customers should keep their boilers serviced every year as by doing this the
risk of a breakage is reduced.
Every job completed by ERS is Quality Controlled after completion to make sure they are
completed to the highest standard possible and are notified to the Gas Safe Register.
